Schools Do Not Produce Entrepreneurs!!!

Entrepreneurship is not something which is been taught at school, college or university. Schools train us how to become an employee. Each and every instructor trains us how we can get a job in someone’s company. None of them teaches us how can we start our own company or how can we build our own empire. Institutes teach us accounting but don’t teach us the importance of acquiring assets. We don’t learn in school that we should acquire income generating assets which should be like planting a tree!!

Studying course books and getting good grades is not enough in this competitive world, we have got to do something which should differentiates ourselves from others. I don’t know why we are been trained in schools in such a way that we start thinking that starting our own business is risky thus we should work under someone else so that it can gives us a sense of security.

I am not against educational system but the way limits are been put in our minds such as getting an A and getting a good job is one of the wonderful thing on this planet anyone can have is actually challenging our learning, exposure and eventually forming fear in our minds that we cannot start something of our own.

Though truth of the matter is leaning comes from making mistakes. In schools we learn making mistakes is like a sin thus we will get fewer marks and eventually we will fail likewise if you are an employee making mistakes means you will be fired.. But if you are a passionate entrepreneur making mistakes means you are learning and growing and falling down or getting failures means rise up and try again in more smarter way.

I think schools should encourage students to start their own business, they should motivate them that becoming an entrepreneur and creating jobs is far more better and long lasting option than doing a job! they shouldn't prepare students for a rat race; "go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home." Life has so much to offer us it's a daring adventure then why should we spend it by sitting in one cubicle?? Give it a thought!!

Importance of Personal Development

According to Robert Kiyosaki; one of the great Entrepreneur, investor, author and renowned speaker, personal development is where you have to be bigger than your problems. Well I completely agree with Mr Kiyosaki however, I would like to add over here is that personal development is a lifetime course where we have to focus on growing ourselves intellectually, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Moreover, it is an effort to lead a positive life and growing ourselves as an individual.

Basically it’s all about developing a positive attitude where we simply empty our cup and willing to learn from every single source and from people.  We develop the ability to listen to others and then take productive decision.

Now you must be wondering why personal development is crucial for an Entrepreneur?? Well it is important because Entrepreneurs reach a certain level where they make lots of money but they stop learning hence, they fall into comfort zone. They start thinking that they know each and everything and they don’t need to learn from others thus they don’t listen to others which eventually result in blocking opportunities that are coming towards them.

If you are a succesful Entrepreneur people like to follow you, few consider you as a role model, few want to follow in your footsteps and few want you to be their mentor therefore, you have to maintain such identity in the market. And it can be only possible when you do not stop growing. Thus it is necessary for every single Entrepreneur to learn and gain knowledge from whomever or wherever they get a chance.

There are few ways how you can start your personal development program:
   1)      Reading positive books
   2)      Listening motivational audios
   3)     Watching personal development videos
   4)     Attending events and seminars
   5)     Association with positive people.

If you really want to feed your mind with positive thoughts and gain knowledge then you should take 1 hour for personal growth on daily basis this is how you will attract positive things in your life.!!

Entrepreneurship Vs Employment

Have you ever realized the difference between being an Entrepreneur or being an employee?? Have you ever bother to give a look in being your own boss or working for someone else?? Well there are several major differences which set apart an entrepreneur from an employee. An entrepreneur has completely different lifestyle. He is his own boss whereas if we are doing job we have to work for someone else to make him rich. Being an entrepreneur means you work on your dream but if you are an employee you work on someone else's dream. Think about it which opportunity has more to offer you; living for yourself or living someone else's life!!
Well I would love to discuss key advantages of having your own business. Having your own business simply means having freedom!! Entrepreneurs attain time freedom and financial freedom in the long run, basically they don’t work for money, money woks for them once they build the system and strong foundation for their business.

Entrepreneurs believe in creating jobs and building businesses whereas if you are an employee you will have to live on your salary. It's like either making a living by doing job or making a fortune by being an entreprenuer. Most of the people have wrong perception about entrepreneurship; people consider it risky to start a business whereas what I believe is it’s risky to rely on job only!! What if you have a good job today and you are fired tomorow; will your company or boss seek your permission before firing you?? Ofcourse not!! Moreover the best thing in being an entrepreneur is your business can be passed on to your next generation, can you pass on your job to your next generation?? You cannot even pass it on to a single person!!
If you are really looking forward to become a successful entrepreneur you must consider and build three things in your business.
1)      System
2)      Team
3)      Duplication

Well you have got one life, choice is yours either you can trade hours for dollars or you can trade ideas for millions!!
