Teamwork

In order to become a successful entrepreneur, we have to keep one thing in our mind that we cannot become successful alone; we need people at every step of our journey. We need a team of like minded people who are as equally passionate as we are about our vision. When we work in a team we get to learn lots of things, we have an opportunity to learn from each and every individual who is part of our team as everyone possesses some greatness within themselves. Moreover, teamwork allows individuals to gain interpersonal skills.

When we work in a team of aggressive entrepreneurs we need to make sure that everyone is a responsible for his/her performance. They must have a sense of responsibility and sense of ownership within the team. They should feel a part of the team; no matter how many challenges the team is going through, there should be a strong bond between the team members that shouldn’t let any member to feel apart. Even when people are throwing negativity on team’s vision, their belief in vision shouldn’t be shaken others’ opinions and negativity.

Working in a team shouldn’t allow any politics to be happen within the team, every person should truly care and respect others’ opinions, and we should encourage creativity and new ideas because every person is expert in a certain area therefore, we can make use of our team members’ expertise. We should appreciate our team members' efforts and always try to focus on their strengths rather than attacking on them for their weaknesses. Each member should be responsible for helping others in overcoming their weaknesses instead of dragging them down for their lacking. This is how the every individual gets the positive feeling by working in such a team.

The fact of the matter is when we work in a team; we tend to produce more as the word team itself says “together everyone achieves more”. Every successful entrepreneur has a strong team who is working with him at every step of his journey. So if you are looking forward to achieve more in your entrepreneurial journey and in your life then you really need to make a strong team with same vision!!

Importance Of Attending Events

As an entrepreneur you should always be open to new opportunities, you should be open minded who is always hungry for the learning and looks for exposure. One of the best ways to gain exposure is to attend events. It’s very important for every entrepreneur to attend different events and it's even more important to empty our cup before entering ino events, in a nutshell we have to throw away all the negativity and garbage from our mind and willing to learn positive things.

Well there are few main reasons why an Entrepreneur should attend events;
One can gain knowledge by attending different events, there are several topics that are been discussed at events thus, we get an opportunity to gain as much knowledge as we can.

The best way to improve our attitude and develop a positive behavior is by attending events. For instance the crux of the event can be positive thoughts, anger management, discipline or personal development; these topics not only help us to gain knowledge but also help us to change our mindset which eventually improve our attitude by practicing these things on daily basis, they make us to look at things from negative to positive perspective.

When we attend events we meet new people, we interact with different kind of people, this is how we get an opportunity to improve our communication and interpersonal skills. When we meet new people, we build network with them and ultimately we welcome different opportunities because opportunities comes from people.

When there are events happening regarding to entrepreneur’s vision or dream then he relates himself with that which ultimately helps in building belief among entrepreneurs.

Well what I believe is the beauty of attending events is basically building the belief. When there are events happening regarding to entrepreneur’s vision or dream or someone shares his story of what it takes him to be an entrepreneur then the audience can actually relate themselves with that speaker/entrepreneur and they develop the belief that if he can do it then I can also DO it!!

Overcoming Fear

When you want to become an entrepreneur, the main obstacle that you face in your journey is "fear." If you overcome it then there are high chances of winning if you cannot overcome the fear then you will quit somehow. Fear is the main hurdle in entrepreneur’s journey either it will push you to move forward or it will force you to give up on your dreams. Now it depends how you handle it?? Well there are few ways how we can overcome the fear.

First we have to acknowledge that fear is real, everyone has some kind of fear such as losing money, making investments, bringing innovations, taking risks but the real problem is not fear itself but how we handle the fear defines our success or failure. If you really want to be an entrepreneur first you have to acknowledge the fear then you have to overcome it.!!

Secondly if we are failing at a certain point then we need to learn from our failures, this is the secret formula to all successful people. They keep their minds open and willing to learn from their mistakes and they try to work in a smarter way afterwards.

Moreover, we should play in order to win!! We should be unafraid to lose if we are afraid of losing we will never try or dare to do something or take risk. Entrepreneurs who hate losing they take the field and try to win even if they don’t win they take their failure as an inspiration and try to be better next time. In order to become an entrepreneur you don’t need to be balanced or play it safe infact you have to be focused. You have to follow one course until you become successful!!

Schools Do Not Produce Entrepreneurs!!!

Entrepreneurship is not something which is been taught at school, college or university. Schools train us how to become an employee. Each and every instructor trains us how we can get a job in someone’s company. None of them teaches us how can we start our own company or how can we build our own empire. Institutes teach us accounting but don’t teach us the importance of acquiring assets. We don’t learn in school that we should acquire income generating assets which should be like planting a tree!!

Studying course books and getting good grades is not enough in this competitive world, we have got to do something which should differentiates ourselves from others. I don’t know why we are been trained in schools in such a way that we start thinking that starting our own business is risky thus we should work under someone else so that it can gives us a sense of security.

I am not against educational system but the way limits are been put in our minds such as getting an A and getting a good job is one of the wonderful thing on this planet anyone can have is actually challenging our learning, exposure and eventually forming fear in our minds that we cannot start something of our own.

Though truth of the matter is leaning comes from making mistakes. In schools we learn making mistakes is like a sin thus we will get fewer marks and eventually we will fail likewise if you are an employee making mistakes means you will be fired.. But if you are a passionate entrepreneur making mistakes means you are learning and growing and falling down or getting failures means rise up and try again in more smarter way.

I think schools should encourage students to start their own business, they should motivate them that becoming an entrepreneur and creating jobs is far more better and long lasting option than doing a job! they shouldn't prepare students for a rat race; "go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home." Life has so much to offer us it's a daring adventure then why should we spend it by sitting in one cubicle?? Give it a thought!!

Importance of Personal Development

According to Robert Kiyosaki; one of the great Entrepreneur, investor, author and renowned speaker, personal development is where you have to be bigger than your problems. Well I completely agree with Mr Kiyosaki however, I would like to add over here is that personal development is a lifetime course where we have to focus on growing ourselves intellectually, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Moreover, it is an effort to lead a positive life and growing ourselves as an individual.

Basically it’s all about developing a positive attitude where we simply empty our cup and willing to learn from every single source and from people.  We develop the ability to listen to others and then take productive decision.

Now you must be wondering why personal development is crucial for an Entrepreneur?? Well it is important because Entrepreneurs reach a certain level where they make lots of money but they stop learning hence, they fall into comfort zone. They start thinking that they know each and everything and they don’t need to learn from others thus they don’t listen to others which eventually result in blocking opportunities that are coming towards them.

If you are a succesful Entrepreneur people like to follow you, few consider you as a role model, few want to follow in your footsteps and few want you to be their mentor therefore, you have to maintain such identity in the market. And it can be only possible when you do not stop growing. Thus it is necessary for every single Entrepreneur to learn and gain knowledge from whomever or wherever they get a chance.

There are few ways how you can start your personal development program:
   1)      Reading positive books
   2)      Listening motivational audios
   3)     Watching personal development videos
   4)     Attending events and seminars
   5)     Association with positive people.

If you really want to feed your mind with positive thoughts and gain knowledge then you should take 1 hour for personal growth on daily basis this is how you will attract positive things in your life.!!

Entrepreneurship Vs Employment

Have you ever realized the difference between being an Entrepreneur or being an employee?? Have you ever bother to give a look in being your own boss or working for someone else?? Well there are several major differences which set apart an entrepreneur from an employee. An entrepreneur has completely different lifestyle. He is his own boss whereas if we are doing job we have to work for someone else to make him rich. Being an entrepreneur means you work on your dream but if you are an employee you work on someone else's dream. Think about it which opportunity has more to offer you; living for yourself or living someone else's life!!
Well I would love to discuss key advantages of having your own business. Having your own business simply means having freedom!! Entrepreneurs attain time freedom and financial freedom in the long run, basically they don’t work for money, money woks for them once they build the system and strong foundation for their business.

Entrepreneurs believe in creating jobs and building businesses whereas if you are an employee you will have to live on your salary. It's like either making a living by doing job or making a fortune by being an entreprenuer. Most of the people have wrong perception about entrepreneurship; people consider it risky to start a business whereas what I believe is it’s risky to rely on job only!! What if you have a good job today and you are fired tomorow; will your company or boss seek your permission before firing you?? Ofcourse not!! Moreover the best thing in being an entrepreneur is your business can be passed on to your next generation, can you pass on your job to your next generation?? You cannot even pass it on to a single person!!
If you are really looking forward to become a successful entrepreneur you must consider and build three things in your business.
1)      System
2)      Team
3)      Duplication

Well you have got one life, choice is yours either you can trade hours for dollars or you can trade ideas for millions!!

Visionary Entrepreneur

Well I have always heard the definition that an entrepreneur is the one who comes up with an innovative idea. What I believe is an entrepreneur is a person who is visionary and has spirit to implement his idea. Many people come up with several innovative ideas but few of them have willingness to work on those ideas and majority of them give up in middle of their journey... An entrepreneur is the one who has a particular vision in his mind, he has belief in his vision and in himself and has courage to reaching at his vision!! He must has ability to dream, fail and win..!! There is no such thing which is easy to attain but is fruitful. The bigger vision entrepreneurs have, the more challenges they have to face but if they don't give up, they will be able to reap the fruits of their hardwork.

A Visionary entrepreneur never gives up, he has belief in himself and in his vision. He keeps moving forward unless he reaches at his destination. When we start any journey in our life, we fail several times but it depends how we react towards the failure whether we see an opportunity in our failures or we quit immediately. We have an opportunity to learn from our failures and move on!!! The only way to lose is when we give up on our purpose/dream/vision. Failing is a part of our journey, the more we fail the more we learn from the process so it is essential to develop the learning attitude. The famous inventor and businessperson Thomas Edison says "our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

If you are already an entrepreneur or you aspire to be the one thenI would highly recommend that do not give up on your idea or vision, keep moving forward you will definitely get what you have paid for!!
